All orders placed will be ready to ship within two business days, regardless of the shipping method. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next two working business days. Orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive in 7-10 business days.
All orders come with shipping and delivery tracking. Please check your emails for updates. Allow 48 hours for tracking to be updated. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, feel free to email us at email@example.com.
Returns will be accepted on unopened, unused swaddle within 14 days of purchase date. All returns must be pre-authorized and there will be a $5 restocking fee. ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
To complete your return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide proof of purchase and reason for return. All swaddles must be returned in original packaging. We do not provide refunds for gift cards.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
As soon as we receive your return and inspect it, we will issue you a refund in the same form it was purchased in. If you received a norani product as a gift, please let us know and we’ll issue you a different form of credit. If you purchased your item from an authorized retailer, you will need to refer to their return policy and you will need to contact them directly.
