Here are the details most parents want before placing an order.

• Processing: Orders are prepared to ship within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

• Delivery estimate: Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days to the West Coast and 7–10 business days to the East Coast after shipment. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout.

• Tracking: Every order includes tracking, and tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after it is issued.

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

• Final sale: Personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.

Start your return through our Returns Portal: https://norani.loopreturns.com/#/. If return coverage was purchased at checkout, return shipping is covered. If return coverage was not purchased, a $9 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
